If you're starting to go to the gym and are in need for the correct gym workout  clothes, you've come to the right place. The most important thing about going to the gym is that you feel comfortable in your own clothes therefore, your gym clothes should allow to move at any speed that you may be going at. Depending on your gym routine or even how much you workout at home, I think it's good to have a range of gym clothes to pick out from. Some workout clothes to corroborate with your mood of the day! Some people prefer multi-coloured, colorful clothes others aka me, prefer grey colours for the gym. So here is my gym workout wardrobe!

SPORTS BRA

It is so important to have the correct sports bra on as it provides you with comfortability essentially keeping your boobs in place as your run, jump and crunch. There are a lot of sport bras out there at the moment, the key to finding the correct one is choosing your comfortability with it. Do you want a bra that is padded? Do you want a bra that is not padded? Look for bras that keep your boobs in place, provide back support, doesn't feel extremely tight around your chest and has easy straps to it.

WORKOUT SHIRTS 

Not every one likes to wear workout skirts just because they don't want to or feel better with only wearing a sports bra. To be fair, if your workout is intense it's likely you'll only wear a sports bra as you may not may not be immensely sweating. Gross, I know. For workout shirts, there are some that are loose fitting which are great for those days in the sun. But there are also some workout shirts that are normal/tight fitting for the everyday use! For workout skirts, I'd say purchase a few because you never know the temperature of your body and weather on that day!

LEGGINGS/CAPRI SHORTS

You can't go to the gym with a dress, for this you will need either leggings or shorts. Finding the perfect leggings/shorts depends again on your comfortability. Some people prefer yoga pants others don't. Most of the workout bottoms are mainly high-waisted but there are some normal waist banded bottoms as well which will be good for your workouts! Find bottoms that are flattering and are not transparent, you wouldn't want to wear bottoms that show off everything whilst your in a child's pose.

TRAINERS

Finding the right trainers is all dependent on the sole of the shoe. Make sure that your trainers have a comfortable bottom, ensure that when you are walking you can't feel the ground entirely. Trainers that are lightweight so that they don't hold you down and make you tired whilst running keeps your workouts easier. Another thing about finding the right trainer is all about support around your whole foot including your ankles! Don't purchase trainers that are one size bigger or smaller, find your right size with a little bit of room.
