As I am sure you are all aware by now, I have a wee obsession with fitness. The idea of working hard to achieve your own goal makes me happy and that can be applied to everyday life not just fitness. Reading and listening to a lot of people's personal resolutions for this year, the one thing that stuck out was people want to be fit and healthy. I support everyone that it currently on that track, I hope you do well and are happy with the outcome. So for today's post, I thought I'd give you ideas on a fitness plan that you could use...


Create a plan that is adaptable for your lifestyle

A lot of people create a plan for themselves that doesn't fit in their lifestyle, for those that work or attend school or full-time parents, etc. Make sure that your plan fits in with what you do on an everyday basis, whether that all you do is a 30 minute at home workout or a 10 minute run. It doesn't matter how little or much you do, it's based on what you want to do. 

You can eat pizza, chocolate and sweets

Some people may assume that once you start becoming fit or going to the gym, you can't eat certain types of foods. You can. It's all about balancing things out, you need to treat yourself every once in a while! You could eat a salad and then some chocolate, balance things out, don't stop yourself from eating other foods.

Find a personal trainer

If you are someone that does not know anything about fitness, I'd recommend finding a personal trainer to help you. Or if you don't want to spend too much money on a personal trainer, watch loads of YouTube videos that are informational to help. I'd recommend Robin Gallant and Whitney Simmons, they have a lot of informational videos on form and gym equipment. 

Make a goal that you would like to achieve 

This is obviously very broad. Some people may want to loose a certain amount of weight or gain a certain amount of weight. It is all dependant on the person, other people just want to improve their stamina and fitness. Make a goal that you believe is realistic but even that you can be able to go above and beyond by surprising yourself.
